Most flaps sit in a uPVC door panel or in the double glazed unit itself. We cut a clean hole, seal it and fit the flap, in back doors, front doors, French doors and conservatory doors.

Call the office or send a photo. Let us know the door type, whether the flap is going in the panel or the glass, and the flap you have in mind.

We make it to size
For glass, we make a new sealed unit with the hole cut and sealed. For panels, we supply a half or full-length uPVC panel ready for the flap.

Fitted in one visit
We fit the panel or unit and the flap in the same visit.

How much does a cat flap installation cost?
Half UPVC panels cost £100, full length UPVC panels £160, and hole creation in glass units £66. Fitting is FREE when you purchase glass or panels from us. Flap costs are additional.
What types of pet flaps do you install?
We install basic Pet Tek flaps with manual 4-way locking, and Sureflap microchip flaps that work with your pet existing microchip to prevent unwanted animals entering.
Where can pet flaps be installed?
