Do I need planning permission for new windows in Thame?

Yes. If your frames are sound we replace only the sealed units, made to measure and fitted into your existing frames. Replacement units have a 10-year guarantee in uPVC and aluminium frames, or five years in wooden frames.
Who deals with building regulations?
We do. As a CERTASS registered installer we register new windows and doors with the local authority for you, and you receive a certificate for your home’s records.
